MVR Evaporator

MVR evaporator

Shenzhen Sunevap Technology Co., Ltd.

The MVR evaporator is an energy-saving evaporation form in which the steam temperature is increased by about 20 degrees by compressing the secondary steam by the compressor, and then the steam is sent to the heat exchanger to evaporate. The energy consumption of evaporating one ton of water is only 30-50 kilowatt. The adsorption and regeneration of activated carbon is done through the adsorption of organic matter in the wastewater by activated carbon, so that this part of the wastewater can evaporate and crystallize better salt and condensed water, and the activated carbon can be reused for 20 times through the regeneration furnace. The spray drying apparatus can turn the evaporated mother liquor into a solid by spray drying.
