According to the two basic principles of adsorption and catalytic combustion, a catalytic combustion chamber and two adsorption beds are designed to work continuously in two gas paths. The organic waste gas is first adsorbed by activated carbon, and then desorbed by hot air to regenerate activated carbon. The desorbed organic matter has been concentrated (the concentration has been increased by tens of times) and sent to the catalytic combustion chamber for catalytic combustion to produce CO2 and water vapor. When the concentration of organic waste gas is over 2000mg/m3, the spontaneous combustion can be maintained in the catalytic bed. A part of the exhaust gas is discharged into the atmosphere, and most of it is sent to the adsorption bed for regeneration of activated carbon. It can satisfy the heat energy needed for combustion and adsorption to save energy. After regeneration, it can enter the next adsorption. During desorption, the purification operation can be carried out in another adsorption bed, which can be operated continuously or intermittently.
